The practice is no longer able to facilitate emergnecy perscriptions.
Please note that when ordering prescription you should allow an allocated time of 48 hours for collection from the surgery or 72 hours if collecting from the pharmacy.
Please do not put the reception staff or the doctors under pressure by requesting that these be done on the same day.
The onus is on the patient to ensure they have enough medication to last them.
Patients who are on long-term medication can order their Repeat Prescription either by;
- Using the dedicated prescription ordering line - 01357 522 993 then choosing option 2.
- Drop off point at reception
- By post (please include a stamped addressed envelope)
The prescriptions will be ready for collection at the practice within 48 hours of being ordered (not including week-ends and public holidays).
Prescriptions can be given directly to a designated chemist. They will be handed to the chemists within 48 hours and the chemists undertake to have medicines ready within 72 hours of being ordered.
Order Prescriptions Online
You can request repeat medication on line. To do this you need to register with the practice and obtain a password to enable you to access this service.
Once your registration account is created you will need to come into the surgery with your passport or driving licence so that your account can be activated you will be able to use the system to request repeat medication as required.
